Why wouldn't I hire a fullt-time writer?
Great question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level writer now exceeds $90,000, plus benefits. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your writer when you have work available for them.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many writing requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my content?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
What will I receive with each request?
You will receive the content in different formats based on what you requested. For example, if you requested a product description, you will receive it in text format. If you requested an eBook, you will receive it in PDF format.
Who are the writers?
WriteWide is a growing agency, and you will work with your account representative directly, who will handle all aspects of your content and account. For larger-scale projects, you may be working with your account representative and, at times, our partner writers.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough requests to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
How do I make a request?
WriteWide offers a ton of flexibility in how you request copy using Trello®. Some common ways clients request copy is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or Word documents, or even recording a brief video. In short, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, you can make a request with it.
What if I don't like the content?
Not a problem! We'll continue to revise the written content until you're completely satisfied.
Is there any writing work you don't cover?
Yes. WriteWide currently does not create any accompanying graphics or media with the written content. In addition, we do not create content that we deem as misleading for customers, such as fake testimonials.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the amount of time and effort it takes to complete requests, there will be no refunds issued.
