2. Services Provided
We provide copywriting services, which include creating sales and promotional content tailored to your e-commerce brand. All project requests and statuses are handled through a Trello® board where each client will have their own login to access the board.
3. Project Workflow
Trello® Board Management
- Clients will submit project requests through their designated Trello® board.
- Once the scope of the request is finalized, the project status will be moved to "In Progress".
- If any actions are required from the client, the project status will change to "Action Required - Client".
- There are unlimited rounds of revisions until the client is completely satisfied.
- Upon completion, the project status will be updated to "Completed", and the client can then use the final content.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Payment Processing
- Subscriptions are managed via the Stripe® payment portal.
- Clients are charged monthly for the services provided.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you selected.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Clients can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Stripe® account.
- Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
5. Scheduling
Intro Calls
- Introductory calls are scheduled via Calendly® and conducted through Zoom®.
- Clients are responsible for scheduling their intro calls at a mutually convenient time.
6. Content Creation
- While the majority of the copy is created by a single person, multiple team members may contribute to the final content based on the project scope.
- Clients agree to provide necessary information and feedback promptly to facilitate the content creation process.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information when submitting project requests.
- Clients must respond to action items and feedback requests in a timely manner to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content created by WriteWide remains the intellectual property of our business until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content.
9. Confidentiality
- We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by the client during the project.
- Clients must also maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary methods or processes used by our team.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
11. Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
